This policy explains how Pulsebay Private Limited ("Pulsebay AI", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through ai.pulsebay.in.

What we collect

When you request an AI opportunity session, we collect the details you enter in the form:

  • your name and company;
  • your work email and phone or WhatsApp number;
  • your industry and any description you give of a business process;
  • the page you submitted the form from and the date and time.

Please don't include confidential business data or other people's personal data in the process description.

Why we use it

We use these details only to respond to your request, arrange and prepare for your session, and follow up about our services if you engage with us. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it is stored and who can access it

Form submissions are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Gmail), which Google operates as our service provider. Access is limited to the Pulsebay AI team members who handle enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case contract and legal record-keeping requirements apply. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct or update it;
  • erase it, or withdraw your consent to its use;
  • address a grievance about how we have handled it.

Cookies and third parties

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
